Shipping, Handling, and Insurance:
Most shipments are via the US Mail. All items are shipped insured either privately or through the USPS. Shipping is only available within the 50 states to locations where signature confirmation is available. Sorry, no shipments to APO/FPO.

Most orders of $49.99 or less incur a shipping and handling charge of just $3.00. Most orders of $50.00 or more ship for free. An additional charge may be incurred on item of unusual size, weight, or value. Shipping and handling fees can be viewed in your Cart. The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Return Policy:
Excepting bullion items*, all items have a 3 business day return privilege from your date of receipt. You do not need our permission to return an item but please alert us by phone or email so that we can promptly handle the returned item. Return items along with a copy of your invoice / packing slip, postage paid, and insured at your own risk. Items must be returned in the condition as shipped to you. Items with tampered security measures or broken factory / mint seals are non-refundable.
Shipping, handling (order processing) , and insurance is not refundable.

* ALL BULLION SALES ARE FINAL! Due to constant market price changes throughout the business day, bullion items are not returnable or refundable for any reason and deposits are non-refundable. We are market makers and will buy back bullion based on current market conditions. Florida exempts all United States Coins & Currency from sales tax. Foreign Coins and Precious Metals that do not carry a legal tender status must exceed $500 per sale to be exempt from sale tax. *All Florida dealers must submit proper resale certificates with original signatures to be sales tax exempt. No exceptions. The sales tax rate, if due, is 6.0%.

Most all items offered are pre-owned and will exhibit normal wear and decay. Some estate items will exhibit some wear, small hairline cracks and slight imperfections due to the age. If an antique and/or estate item is listed as excellent condition it does not mean perfect. It is important that you have reasonable expectations for old items.
